We select black pigs from Chengmai, Hainan (the longevity town of Hainan) that are over 270 days old. Only the hind leg meat and pork shoulder meat are chosen as the main ingredients (with a moderate fat-to-lean ratio). They are cut in their original form to keep the muscle texture intact. The seasonings are selected from high-quality Hainan pepper, yellow lantern chili peppers, etc. 2. The meaty aroma of hand-pulled shredded pork, this is our slogan. It means that the original cut retains the texture and fibers of the black pork.
